Why we created GP Fruit?
In 2023, in response to our company’s rapid growth and rising customer expectations, we launched GP Fruit — a modern storage and packaging facility located in Jaktorów, central Poland.It’s where quality meets efficiency.
Covering over 3,500 m², our facility handles the full cycle of fresh fruit and vegetable management — from receiving and storing, to packing, quality control, labelling, and even product rebranding for leading retail chains across Poland and Europe.
Since March 2024, we have been proudly IFS Food certified, ensuring the highest hygiene and safety standards.
What we do?
1. Proffesional goods reception
Every delivery is processed according to strict hygiene and logistics protocols, including:
- verification of transport documents,
- temperature and boxes condition checks,
- registration in our warehouse management system.
2. Quality control
Our in-house QC department inspects every batch according to client requirements and product specifications: We check:

- visual, weight and taste quality,
- any damage or quality issues.
3. Temperature-controlled storage
Our modern cold chambers ensure:
- optimal conditions for each product type,
- stable temperature 24/7,
- freshness and safety year-round.
4. Packing and repacking
Using advanced packing lines, we adapt to different markets and buyers.
Packing methods include:
- Flowpack – economical, attractive film wrapping
- Girsac – netting for citrus fruits or avocados
5. Sorting and classification of goods
We prepare products for their target market by:
- separating quality grades (class I, class II),
- selecting batches for specific orders,
- removing non-compliant goods.
6. Rebranding and labelling
We adjust product identity to match retail or final customer requirements:
- preparing labels, markings and barcodes,
- repacking into different formats,
- managing private label products.
7. Administration and documentation
We handle all administrative needs for each batch:
- delivery documents,
- logistics labels (including GS1),
- quality reports.
8. Rejections and claims handling
We support clients in managing non-compliant goods:
- receiving and verifying rejections,
- reporting quality issues,
- reclassifying or disposing of problematic goods.
9. Seasonal and special orders
We’re ready for seasonal peaks and special requests — fast runs, tight deadlines, extra sorting or non-standard packaging are part of our daily operations.
